Service

Jivox provides healthcare professionals and their patients with a digital platform for appointment booking, teleconsultation, prescribing, and pharmacy services. The platform is governed by Law 131-13 on the practice of medicine and Law 09-08 on data protection.

• Doctors / dentists: must provide their professional registration number. CNOM verification takes place within 24–48 hours before activation.
• Pharmacists: must provide their pharmacy licence and ICE.
• Patients: a name and valid +212 phone number are sufficient.
• Any falsified information results in immediate account suspension.

Medical fees are set freely by each practitioner (Article 22 of the Code of Medical Ethics). Jivox charges a commission on appointments booked through the public /book/<slug> link; details are available on the Pricing page.

VAT is 20% on platform services and 7% on medicines. ANAM reimbursements (CNOPS, CNSS, AMO, RAMED, mutual insurers) are handled directly between the patient and the organization.

Teleconsultation takes place over an encrypted video connection (LiveKit, TLS 1.3). It does not replace an in-office consultation for procedures requiring a physical examination. The doctor may always refuse a remote consultation and direct the patient to an office.

• The patient may cancel free of charge up to 6 hours before the appointment; the practitioner may change this period.
• After that, the doctor may charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the displayed policy.
• Three consecutive no-shows trigger a reliability score below 70 and may require a deposit for the next appointment.

Jivox is the platform publisher and does not participate in medical decisions, which remain the practitioner's exclusive responsibility (Article 14 of Law 131-13). Our responsibility is limited to the technical availability of the service (99.9% SLA).

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, after an attempt at amicable settlement.
