Jivox is a telehealth platform published by Jivox SARL, whose registered office is in Casablanca, Morocco. We process your data in accordance with Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, under the supervision of the National Commission for the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP).

• Identity: name, email, phone number, CIN (optional).
• Health: medical history, allergies, prescriptions, and long-term conditions (ALD) — only with your explicit consent.
• Coverage: CNOPS / CNSS / AMO / RAMED / private insurance — for billing.
• Technical: IP address, browser, and connection logs (CNDP logs).

Your data is hosted in Morocco (Rabat). Encryption uses TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Prescriptions are digitally signed (SHA-256). All sensitive operations are recorded in an immutable audit log that the CNDP may inspect on request.

You may exercise the following rights at any time:

• Access: obtain a copy of all your data.
• Correction: correct any inaccurate information.
• Deletion: delete your account, except where legal obligations require medical data to be retained for 10 years.
• Portability: retrieve your data in an open format.
• Objection: refuse marketing or non-essential analysis.

To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. Our Data Protection Officer will reply within 30 days.

Your data is never sold. It is shared only with:

• The doctor or pharmacist you explicitly chose.
• Reimbursement organizations (CNOPS / CNSS / AMO) at your request.
• Authorities where required by law (court order).

We use essential session and security cookies that do not require consent. Analytics cookies are disabled by default and are enabled only with your explicit acceptance.
