Jivox Desktop is the installable version of the web portals: native system notifications, direct access and fast startup. Three apps, one for each profession — doctor, pharmacist, lab.

The apps are not signed yet: code signing (Apple and Microsoft) will be enabled before the official release. In the meantime, your system may show a warning on first launch — this is the normal behavior of macOS and Windows for any unsigned software.
The same flow on every platform: download, install, then sign in with your Jivox account.
If macOS blocks the app: right-click the app, then choose “Open”. This is standard macOS behavior (Gatekeeper) for any software downloaded outside the App Store.
Desktop apps check for new versions at launch: as soon as a version is released, they download and install it, then ask you to restart to apply it. No manual reinstall needed.
